Let Your Yoga Dance!!

EVERY MONDAY, 6:30-7:30pm
LET YOUR YOGA DANCE is a joyful energetic class that incorporates Yoga, Dance, Breath, Music all wrapped with a relaxation at the end.
We move through our energy centres (chakras), the heart pumps, the brain is engaged, strength and balance are improved, and feelings of love and compassion are shared. It is fun, sometimes wild and silly, sometimes quiet and still; it is fitness for our heart, soul and mind. It can be done standing or from a chair.
Suggestions of what to bring to class:
– Wear comfortable clothing (layers recommended)
– Can be done barefoot or in pair of sneakers
– Water
– Yoga Mat (for relaxation at end of class)
This class is $10 drop-in fee or punch passes available for $90 for 12 sessions.
Must have a Community Centre Membership to attend.
If you are interested in registering for these classes, please show up 15 minutes prior to class time or come in during open hours to buy your punch passes in advance..
