LINE DANCING

Line dancing benefits the body and the mind. It helps to maintain coordination and increase your brain fitness by learning new dance steps. There is no judgement about anyone’s dance ability or physical fitness level and moving to music puts people in a good mood. It is a perfect exercise for improving coordination and balance, increasing cardiovascular health and brain memory as well as a respected social activity.  Sixty minutes of fun and exercise!!!

Memberships are required to participate. If you wish to try it for the first time you do not need the membership for the 1st day.
