We are writing on behalf of the Irishtown Community Centre, a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering a connected, caring, and vibrant community. Through a variety of events, programs, and activities, we strive to make a positive difference in the lives of community members of all ages.
On Sunday, September 13, 2026, we will be hosting our Fifth Annual Family Fun Day—a day filled with free activities for families to enjoy, including bouncy castles, an outdoor market, games, a corn boil, live music, entertainment, and much more. This event has become a beloved tradition, bringing together hundreds of residents for a full day of fun, connection, and community spirit.
To ensure this remains a free event for everyone to attend (with the exception of food purchases at the community canteen), we are reaching out to local businesses, organizations, and individuals for support. Your contribution—whether through a monetary sponsorship, gift certificate, prize donation, products or services, or volunteer support—will go a long way in helping make this event a success. In return, we will proudly recognize your generosity and support of our community.
We have established several Sponsorship Tiers that provide a variety of recognition opportunities for our supporters.
Zone Sponsor: Business banners (provided by the sponsor) will be displayed in one of our featured activity areas, such as the Stage, Canteen, Outdoor Market, Kids’ Zone, or another designated event area.
Official Event Sponsor: The first four Platinum Sponsors will be recognized as the Official Sponsors of Family Fun Day 2026 across our event promotions and during the event.
We are also accepting donations for our raffle. If you would like to donate a gift basket, gift certificate, merchandise, or items to help us create themed raffle baskets, we would sincerely appreciate your support.
The Irishtown Community Centre is privately operated by a volunteer Board of Directors and is a registered charitable organization (Charity #0178444 131 001). We greatly appreciate any level of support you are able to provide.
