Be part of our Family Fun Day Village Market!

Our Outdoor Market is located in the heart of all the Family Fun Day activities, giving vendors great exposure throughout the event. Join us for a fun, family-friendly day and showcase your products to hundreds of visitors!

Booth Options

Choose the setup that works best for you:

Outdoor Booth – $25

  • One 8-foot table
  • Two chairs
  • Bring your own canopy for shade or shelter (recommended, as there is little to no natural shade).

Tent Booth – $30 (Limited Availability)

  • One 8-foot table
  • Two chairs
  • Located under one of our large event tents for added shade and weather protection.

We’re Looking For

We welcome vendors offering:

  • Handmade crafts
  • Artisan products
  • Home-based business products
  • Fresh produce
  • Bread and baked goods
  • Jams, preserves, honey, maple products, and other locally made food items

Vendor Guidelines

To provide a great experience for everyone, please note:

  • No hot food vendors (hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, etc.), as these items are provided by our event canteen.
  • No used or second-hand items (yard sale or flea market merchandise).
  • Vendors are responsible for decorating and setting up their own booth.
  • Tent spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to Register

Complete the registration form below.

If your application is approved, you will receive an invoice by email within 48 hours. Your booth is not confirmed until payment has been received.
